Jacqueline began her television career with the Star Vijay network, where she gained fame for her role in the nostalgic school drama Kana Kaanum Kaalangal. This early exposure to television established her popularity, leading to more prominent roles, including a significant part in the well-known serial Andal Azhagar.

Her career took a pivotal turn as she ventured into hosting. Jacqueline co-hosted the comedy reality show Kalakka Povathu Yaaru? from Season 5 to Season 7 alongside fellow anchor Rakshan.
